Role:

The purpose of this role is to actively contribute in the product development effort by taking ownership of assigned modules and Mentor junior members of the team. The candidate will work closely with the Team Lead and the Senior Management to develop a state of the art product that will change the lives of many students.

Job Description:

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year experience in EXTJS, Node.js & Mongo DB OR any javascript framework along with Node.js & MongoDB
  • Must be experienced in java/ J2ee stack – Spring MVC, Spring Core, Hibernate
  • Good understanding of Object oriented concepts
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with RDBMS, writing sql queries
  • Can work with minimal supervision

  • Open to work in multiple technologies

Role:

The Channel Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel, or market, the Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profitability.

The Channel Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners.

Responsibilities:

The candidate is expected to:

  • Meets assigned monthly, quarterly and annual targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and clients
  • Build a database of target schools and educational institutions for each product in assigned region
  • Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Completes partner account plans that meet company targets
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Track and report activity on daily basis and plans on weekly basis on Partner Performance
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other regional channel partners by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
  • Proactively participates in new qualifying partner recruitment processes including identifying, training and induction
  • This position requires extensive travel

Required qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities
  • Strong oral and written English communications skills
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail.
